Had An Abortion, Now Have Two Babies, Pregnant Again. Fear Miscarriage Again? Examine Cervix?
hello doctor
i had a abortion in january i was having twin preganacy . everything was normal all test . on 12 jan night i started leaking and suddenly had pre term labour . when we reached hospital 1 baby sac was ruptured and for other doctor had to prick and let water out it was hydrominous . i had normal delivery of 2 baby girls weight 450gm and 550gm each but they could not servive as 6 month was going on .
now i am pregnant again . my doctor said i can conceive again after 2 normal period cycle . after my 2 cycles i tried and conceived now i am 5 week pregant . i fear of again miscarriage does not take place .what precautions should i take now .
also do i need to visit doctor for examining my cervix that it is closed properly or not

Cervix closes automatically. do not worry.
As u said it was twin pregnancy last time therefore miscarriage happened.
miscarriage in twin is common.
for single pregnancy you just do not worry. visit your doctor frequently.
