Had An Electric Shock Experience. Electrocuted Twice. Why Are Fingers Numb?

Yesterday a electrical current went through my body when one hand was touching the oven and the other the fridge. It hurt, I lost my vision for a second. Today the same thing happened this morning, mildly electrocuted again. my pinky feels numb and I seem to have an accelerated heartrate , like if i had drank caffeine. Should I see a doctor?
