Had An Mri Done Of The Brain After My Head

Had an mri done of the brain after my head hit a large tree. 3 weeks after the hit my head was feeling funny, dizziness, nausea, some vomiting, headache occurred despite taking dramamine. My doc ordered mri of both my head and neck. My mri of head shows a few scattered focus of increased signal intensity in the deep white matter tracts of both hemispheres, predominately in frontal lobe.
I have to make a follow up with my pcp. She was not the ordering physician, my pain doctor was.
Radiologist impression mild microvascular ischemic foci are noted
can you tell if this sounds like I need to follow up with a specialist?
Thank you
