Had Arthroscopic Knee Surgery With General Anesthesia And Now Have

Had arthroscopic knee surgery with general anesthesia and now have red nose and cheeks that look like sunburn. Only took one pain narcotic right after surgery (30 hours ago) and have taken one aspirin to prevent blood clots and Tylenol for pain. Have had general anesthesia in past without rash/redness. Is this an allergic reaction to the anesthesia?
