Had Bilateral Subdural Surgery 5 Yrs Ago. T Now Dusabled

Had bilateral subdural surgery 5 yrs ago. T
Now dusabled with traumatic brain injury. Have had headaches ever since surgery. Pain range averaged 4-7. In May of this year went to pain clinic and had nerves burned off on left side in back of neck. Pain clinic has never called to see how I am doing or to schefule right side. Numbness and neck pain is still terrible, causing worse headaches than before. Called pain clinic. Someone I didn't know called back and suggested PT. I went to PT. It did not help. What might be wrong?
