Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Bleeding during first sexual intercourse is normal and it is due to rupture of hymen. Unwanted 72 will protect you from pregnancy but not from any sexually transmitted disease. You should use contraceptive like condom to prevent sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy. Let this be the last time you are using morning after pill.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
