Hello dear
The details provided by you seems to be incomplete. Is there any history of tooth brush trauma os drinking some hot stuff .Beacuse most of such white lesions with red surrounding are traumatic ulcers.Stop taking paracetamol and apply some OTC available anaesthetic gel over it
I hope it will be cured in 5 to 7 days by itself.

After reading your clinical history I suspect you have developed a gum boil between your front teeth.
It is usually caused by physical or chemical trauma, injury by some food stuffs.
I would suggest you to visit Dentist and get the checkup done, if the lesion is associated with the teeth, involved teeth has to be identified by taking an x-ray, and the treatment plan include Root canal treatment of the affected teeth.
If the lesion is merely a gum overgrowth it can be surgically excised followed by the course of antibiotics and analgesics.
According to your clinical history i suspect you have developed an fluid filled blister or a boil filled with abscess near the lip mucosa .
It is caused may be due to physical trauma , chemical injury to the palatal mucosa or allergy to certain food products , hot or cold injury to the oral mucosa .
It can be viral infection as well , i would suggest you to consult a dentist and get the examination done.
i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine.
Apply oral antiseptic ,analgesic ointments like dentogel or mucogel topically over the affected area.
Your history suggests that the gum boil is caused due to physical or chemical trauma.sometimes by some food stuffs or by tooth brush trauma also it can develop.
I would suggest you to visit your Dentist and get clinical evaluation done.simultaneously the involved teeth can also be examined for any association with the lesion.
Antibiotics and analgesics can be prescribed in case of any infection.
Paracetamol is analgesic but poor anti inflammatory drug.if you want you can take any other analgesic for pain like ibuprofen for pain relief.
Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
From the details produced, your gums are infected resulting in periodontal abscess formation which gives yellow or white coloured lump.
Get thorough scaling and root planning done.
The pus within the gums has to be drained.
Take antibiotics too.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Brush your teeth using soft-bristled toothbrush in back-forth ,up-down motion.
Include vit.b12,c rich foods as well as iron, folic acid supplements.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
It seems like you have developed an ulcer in the region. This could be due to trauma or burns. Take warm saline gargle 3-5 times a day and Dolonex Dt for pain relief. You can apply Dentogel ointment to the area prior to consuming food for pain relief. It would take 1 week to 10 days for it to heal.
Hello,
Thanks for your query,
As you provided the detail it seems that, you have traumatic ulcer in the pailful area.
so nothing to get worried, apply dologel/mucopain etc.....
Take Care,
