Had Cataract Surgery, Vision Gets Foggy On Working. What To Do?
I had cataract surgery at 33 on both eyes. I am pleased with the results. However I have noticed that after I have a rigorous workout, my vision gets foggy. It takes about 2 hours or so for my vision to clear. During very strenuous weight lifting I have even experienced blurred vision lasting about an hour. I am concerned that I may be causing damage to my eyes. Stopping working out its not an option due to my work requirements
Hi, had cataract surgery, at 33 on both eyes, after exercise vision is becoming foggy, clears after 2 hours. Change of vision clearence after stress, means there must be some undrerlying cause like hypertension, or glaucoma. I advise you to consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
