Let me answer your query one by one. 1) During x-ray lung has to be filled completely with air i.e full inspiration is to be taken to outline the lungs properly. probably you have not inhaled maximally so they have pointed it out. 2)Bony thorax, trachea, heart shadows (cardia and aorta) appear normal in report. 3) Accentuated broncho-vascular markings can be due to inadequte inhalation. If they are present after maximal inhalation, they are usually due to bronchitis. 4) Clear CP angle is normal finding. If blunt, on either side, is usually due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening. 5)Raised left diaphragmatic dome can be due to gastric flatulence as stated, diaphragmatic hernia where abdominal contents pass into thorax via opening in diaphragm, diaphragmatic paralysis etc. I advise you to go for a repeat x-ray with full inspiration before coming to a conclusion.
