Had Chicken Shots With Cortisone. Knees Are Twisted, Its Painful And Stiff. Right Medication?

Hi doc I hope you can help me I have two bad knees both have no cartleage in the inside ,I had the chicken shots with cortazone add .Three days after I got the first shot I twisted my left knee , I went back the next week for the same shot in the right knee I let him know that I had twisted that knee and I was told that it would be fine . That was the first of aug and I still have pain and a lot of stiffness that I didn t have before the shots . I am go to see another doc but I couldn t get in until Dec. I use rubs ice & heat

You should consult homoeopathic consultant near by homoeopathic medicines like Hypericum, rhus tox , ruta or Arnica etc. Have action on damaged cartilages & ligaments also on arthritis which generally set in post injury.
So it will help you in stiffness as well as pain.
