Had Complications After Medical Abortion, Still Something In Tube To Be Removed From Curettage Method. What To Do ?
hello doctor....i underwent medical abortion last year & i had complications like irregualr periods, infection in POD region removed by doctor & so....Now my doctor done some blood test & doppler study, it results i still had some products in the tube, need to remove thro' curettage method failure in which go for surgery, dono know what to do....we are planning for pregnancy too....what about my chance of getting pregnancy after this procedur....
Hi, If the tube is diagnosed to be blocked and the block cannot be cleared, the tubal patency will be affected and this has an unfavorable impact on chances of conception. Flushing may be tried during a laparoscopy and patency tested. If there is no improvement, you should consider IVF and embryo transfer.
