Had Dengue Fever, Platelets Count High, Low In Energy And Fatigue. Is It Due To Weight Training?

Hi. I had dengue fever a couple of weeks ago. I did not have to be hospitalized and my platelets never went below 140k. Although Im ok now, I seem to be suffering from low energy and fatigue. I want to start weight training and exercise again but someone said dengue affects bones and that I should not weight train for 6 months??!! Can you advise? Thanks
