Had Diverticulitis 10 Years Ago. Fixed With Intravenous IV In
Had diverticulitis 10 years ago. Fixed with intravenous IV in ER. Not admitted.
Had another episode a few weeks ago. Oral antibiotics failed. Was hospitalized for intravenous antibiotics. Released and took 10 days of oral antibiotics. Its been another week.
Still sore at the point of diverticulitis. Was constipated til yesterday. have moved my bowels multiple times today. Soft and light brown. Last week, pooped bright red blood three times then it stopped. Today, pooped bright red blood again, once. When wiping, smells like ammonia.
Should I add fiber back into my diet? Do I schedule a colonoscopy before healed?
