Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hi,
Need to get yourself evaluated with a cardiologist and a neurologist to ascertain the cause. Increase in parasympthetic activity after giddiness can be associated with sensation of going to stool and urine.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
