I have too much Vitamin B6 in my body. The multi-vitamin I used to take had 3,750% of the recommended daily requirement. I have now found a liquid multivitamin that has no more than 100% of the RDR, 2.5mg. I ultimately had really bad dizzy spells - dbilitating. I have been at the 2.5 level for about six months, and though dizzy spells are gone, other problems, like foot neuropathy, remain. Any thoughts?
