Had Emobilization Surgery For Fibroids. Now Spotting, Nausea, Vomiting, And Fatigue. What's Going On?

Last Sunday my period came on 3 days early and stayed on from Sunday to Friday. Monday I started light spotting, nausea, vomiting, and I'm very fatigue. I'm not able to keep anything down, but I don't have any body aches. I do have a history of fibroids, but I received emobilization surgery in 2011. I'm not sure what's going on. Please help.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

There is possibility some hormonal imbalance. Possibility of recurrence of symptoms due to fibroids is also there.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound.
If your doctor suggests you can go for hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels and thyroid profile once.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
If that is only hormonal imbalance medical treatment is enough.

Take care.
