Had Fever, Diagnosed With Typhoid And Started Antibiotics Treatment But Second Test Showed Typhoid Negative. Suggest?
doctor, after my wife got 5 days fever we went to consult the doctor and that night she was given report that is having s. typoid and they started treatment with antiboitic. after three doses of antiboitic we thought that we should confirmed it again as we were not satisfy with earlier report. we went to the biggest lab. what happen the typoid was negative. I would like to have some advice on it because the doctor we visited second has stop all antiboitic

Usually widal test for typhoid becomes positive after 8 days of having temperature so early diagnosis is doubtful and might have done keeping other signs and symptoms in mind.
