Had Frozen Embryo Transfer, Running Fever, Sore Throat. Is This Going To Impact Chances Of Implantation?

Hi had a frozen embryo transfer on Friday and since Sunday night have been running a fever between 99.2-99.9. I feel terrible. I also have a sore throat, but got tested and it is not strep. Is this going to impact my chances of implantation? I have had 2 chemicals in the past? Is it possible this is a good sign??
