Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

First your baby should be properly investigated for the cause of painful urination and blood in the urine. There are lot of causes for blood in urine. A antibiotic course may treat a infection but is not going to adress the basic cause. Intial investigations like urine routine examination, urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound examination should be done to arrive at a diagnosis. Greeen color of the stool may not be of any significance. Whenever there is increased bowel motility there could be green colored stool.
Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
