Had Heart Attack, ST Sag Identified, Excess Exertion Causes Tiredness. Remedy
Hi I am a 36 year old female and had a heart attack 2 years ago. An ST sag was identified. Angiogram was clear. Before this I walked 5 km per day but developed servere leg pain followed by the attack. Since then I am on calcium blockers and no one can work out the problem. But any excess exertion causes tiredness to such an extent that I am in bed for to days. The walking and almost any other excercise has had to be cut back to prevent rebound exhaustion because I work full time. Help.. No solution. By the way what am I paying for the answer?
Dear ma'm Thanks for your query to us. It is not clear that When did you have this angiogram which was normal? There are two main possibilities of your excessive fatigue 1. Low pumping of heart following one heart attack 2. Calcium channel blocker therapy. There can be other systemic causes too. Please discuss with your internist with your details. Sincerely Sukhvinder
