Had Heart Attack, Diagnosed As Heart Blockage. Ayurveda Treatment For Removing Blockage?
hello sir , i m pankaj luthra from india(delhi) i had a heart attack last week, i am 30 years old man. non drinker and non smocker also....i was there in I.C.U. last week,doctors said heart blockage is 35% . but i believe in ayurvedic or niuture.... so please suggest me wat i can do for removing my heart bockage.

Hallo,
Natural therapy for heart blockage.
1.Lenen juice...1 cup
2.Ginger juice...1 cup
3.Garlic juice.....1 cup
4. Apple vinegar.1.cup
Mix all above and boil in light flame approximately for half an hour, when it becomes 3 cups, take it out and keep it for cooling.
After cooling, mix 3 cups of natural honey and keep it in a bottle.
Take one tablespoon regularly every morning before breakfast.

b. Yogasanas: to relax and stretch muscles.
c. Pranayam: i.e. deep breathing exercises

3. Low FAT diet:

5. Drugs: consult with your doctor regarding emergency treatment and management.

The following is the line of treatment I take for patients with Heart ailments:
1.Get a new outlook on life: Make some lifelong lifestyle changes. Have a positive attitude towards life. With a good attitude and the desire to live a healthier life, the other necessary changes will become a whole lot easier.
2.Clean the air: For those who smoke, kicking the habit is the most important thing.
3.Think “less is best” when eating: This means less salt, less fat, less calories. Increase the daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and eat more grains particularly oat bran.
4.Exercise: Brisk walking for 30 minutes, 5 times per week.
5.Meditation: Meditate for 10 -15 minutes. Sit in a relaxed position, close your eyes and start taking slow deep breaths, while exhaling repeat mentally – ‘Relax’, ‘Peaceful’, and ‘Healthy’.
6.Ayurveda: Take arjun, garlic, ashwagandha, shatavari, amla.
7.Energy Healing: Have an energy healing session done once a week (Pranic Healing).
