The treatment is a five step approach:
1. Exercise:
a. brisk walking for 45 minutes every day, at least 5 days a week.
b. Yogasanas: to relax and stretch muscles.
c. Pranayam: i.e. deep breathing exercises

Stress Management:
Meditation for 15 minutes everyday, must learn to live with a relaxed mind.
3. Low FAT diet:
. Avoid butter,ghee,cheese,saturated oil,oil seed nuts,deep fried foods,yellow of egg,red meat,alcohol,caffeine,tobacco.
. Take more of soups (without butter),plenty of salads,sprouted pulses,more of bhajis,roti or phulka without oil,pulses and legumes,skimmed milk,fruits, onion, garlic,soya bean,curd of skimmed milk,apple,limited use f mono saturated oils.
4. Elimination of known risk factors: like
smoking,obesity,
diabetes, stress
5. Drugs: consult with your doctor regarding emergency treatment and management.
