Had Intercourse, Experiencing Itchiness Of Corpuz Spongiosum, Sharp Pain On Urinating, Penis Itchy. Bacteria Or Parasitic?

hi doctor . after i had intercourse 3 weeks ago i started experiencing itchiness of my corpuz spongiosum, had bearable sharp pain upon urinating when erection in the morning. last night i woke up because of my penis is so itchy. though it is not itchy all the time but when i palpate it i can feel the itchiness. im wondering what kind of manifestation i have bacteria or parasitic . do my GF had active sexual life before.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans termed as Ballanitis due to ?unprotected sex with your girl friend.
It is likely that she may have some vaginal infection which got transmitted to you during sexual intercourse.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Avoid any sexual encounter till it gets cured completely.
