Sharp Pain In Tip Of Penis, Steaming And Painful Urinating After Intense Sex. Reason? Suggestions?

Had very intense sex and felt a sharp pain in the tip (bottom of the head) of the penis. Now when I urinate there is a sharp pain when the initial urine comes out then the pain subsides while urine is streaming. Most of the time in between the times when I urinate there is no pain but from time to time I can feel a sharp pain. What could this be?

Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Pain in tip of penis can occur commonly in following conditions:
-Infection: It may associated with burning micturition and fever.
-Stone in urogenital tract: You may need USG lower abdomen to detect it.
-Trauma or ulcer

It is better to get evaluated by general physician and get investigated for above problem, to confirm diagnosis.

Wish you good health and all the best.
