Had Knee Replacement Surgery, Have Fever, Blood Test Negative. Is Fever Due To Pain?

my aunt has had a knee replacement surgery over 2 weeks ago. she has been having fever to the tune of about 100- 102 and this gets to normal within a day or 2. then again the fever sets in. We have had the blood tests done as we initally suspected malria or dengue . However the tests were clear for both. There is no taste in her mouth nor has she has the feeling to eat anything. pain will not cause fever. Rule out any infection first. Ta ke blood culture UsG of knee and consult ur surgeon and a physician. Rule out urinary tract infection and all infectious diseases first.
