Had Lots Of Unprotected Anal Intercourse, Slight Burning Sensation, Diagnosed Anusitis. Tried Anurex. Is It Fissure ?

Hello,
Please help: Ive had lots of anal intercourse unprotected. I felt a slight burning sensation during sex and now its so bad. The ano rectal surgeon says its anusitis or proctitis. I was treated for warts inside the anus not outside. there are no more warts. Just inside the anus as u go in , that tight part that constricts is soooo irrated - its BURNS - i feell heat when im stressed inside my anus, i cannot have anal sex with my partner. I feel like my lifes over, Ive used anurex and purchased 7 of them. they are annoying and do not cure the problem - ive used the suppositories and the problem came back. im now using the ointment with applicator. I just want my ass back. I wish i can cure this problem. its not a fissure or hemmeroids, but its proctitis.. its std proctitis.. my anus used to be normal.. now i cannot do anything, we i go to the bathroom its BURNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! PLEASE HELP ME

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Due to regular irritation and wounding of anus, you made it severely inflamed. Now, you need a time and intensive treatment to make things better. Please do not expect that what has been wounded for a long time will get healed in few days or weeks. Moreover, chronic inflammation leads to scar tissue appearance what leads to anus narrowing. This makes anal intercourse more painful and anus can get wounded easily.
It is hard to tell if its a fissure or not. It may be. But this really does not make much difference.

Please try such treatment:
- use stool softeners, increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake to make your stools soft
- use stool softeners if necessary
- wash your rectum after every stool
- have sitz baths with Potassium permanganate twice a day
- avoid anal intercourse as long as the anus wont get healed
- use OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids
