Had Mastectomy. Considering Reconstructive Surgery. Chances Of Getting Back Cancer?

Five years ago, I had HGDCIS. I had a Lumpectomy and Radiotherapy. At my last Mammogram, I was found to have found to have HGDCIS and Stage 1 and Stage 2 tumours on the other breast. A Mastectomy followed and due to poor family history, am waiting for results of Genetic Testing.
I am also waiting to have Reconstructive Surgery - I had Reconstructive Surgery using the Latissimus Dorsa Muscle after the Lumpectomy.
Q1 Approximately, what percentage is there of Cancer coming back in my Right Breast?
Q2 What are the chances of the results of the BRCA1 or BRCA2 coming back positive?
These answers will help to contribute towards my considering further surgery. Thank you

Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your problem. If you have a strong family history of cancer and some other member has tested positive for the BRCA gene, then you chances of harbouring the gene are 60-80%. Mastectomy and subsequently hormonal treatment (in form of tamoxifen or ralixifene) reduces the chances of cancer coming back significantly. The risk of cancer coming back is 5-10%.
Hope this would help you in deciding the further course of action.
