Had Mild Heart Attack. Experiencing Nausea, Vomiting And Bloating With HBP. What To Do?
I have a friend who had a mild heart atttack 3 weeks ago. Tonight he is experiencing nauasua and vomiting and his stomach is bloated and his blood pressure is high and he has pain in thhe middle of his back. He does not want to go the the ER and thinks his condiction is due to his stomach bloating . What should he do?
Your friend MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - IMMEDIATELY
An Inferior wall ‘attack’ is often mistaken for ‘stomach’ upset.
In the background of recent attack, there is no opton but to have a look at the heart – there is no guarantee that the next one may be ‘mild.’
Any pain at this age should be investigated as HEART PAIN – UNLESS PROVED OTHERWISE.
In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably.
The most important time is the first few hours.
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise
Take him to the hospital.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
