Not gotta pragnent....why doc...... is there any issue related me or my sparm .....or my wife
There are several causes for difficulty in conceiving and it is particularly not possible to say if it is related to her last pregnancy.
Well, some pregnancies can cause a future fertility problem in the case where a woman bleeds abundantly during putting to birth. It is also possible to develop fertility problem if the there was placenta retention that become infected and spread to the tubes or if a uterine evacuation was done a possible complication could be a sealing off of the uterine cavity known as uterine synecha.
However, like i said it can not be certain as to if the difficuilty is related to the last pregnancy or not just from the information you have given. She will need a detail examination and appropriate tests.
Hope this helps you. Best regards Dr Achuo
