Had Miscarriage Two Times. Have Orange Color Discharge. Vaginal Infection?

hi i am a female 40 years old. i had miscarriage 3 weeks ago and also last year.all the time i feel i have vaginal infection but the doc said its not serious even last year,this time also i had some light yellow discharge which changed to orange and very thick mucus later on and after this change within 10 days i had miscarriage but still the doctor said it was not because of infection.now also still i am having some clear and sometimes unclear orange discharge.note that i have no itchiness or odor only sometimes some burning sensation .please tell whats the cos of mic and is it an infection and what to do?thanx

before conceiving.get a gynaec check-up please.
certain investigations will be needed.
some deficiencies has to be treated.
after conceiving also regular gynaec check-up is must to prevent miscarriage.
