Had Missed The Depo. Had Unprotected Sex. Now Have Cramps, Sore Breast. Pregnant?

I had my last depo injection in Feb. I was due for my next one this month (May). I didnt get it due to insurance problems. I have been having cramps but have not had a period. My breast are sore. I have also been having unprotected sex wth my boyfriend. Could I be pregnant or is this just a sign that my period is on the way.??

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
If your depo time is still there, it can give protection till now. Or
If your depo time got over and if you are having unprotected intercourse during that period, there is possibility of pregnancy.
The symptoms could be due to withdrawal effect of the depo also.
So you once go for pregnancy test.
If the test comes negative, consult gynecologist and take depo injection or choose some other alternative contraceptive measure.

Take care.
