Had My C-sec. Bleeding For Days. Low Appetite. Have Migraine Everyday. Medication No Help. Breathing A Dizziness. Suggestions?

Ok I had my daughter 4 months ago and after a 27 hour labor I pushed for 9 hours and had to get a emergency c section. I felt fine before I had my daughter but over the past 4 months my body has changed. I have been bleeding like I am on my period for the past 4 months. I am extremely dizzy all the time and I have even fainted from it a few times. I have a low appetite and I only eat once a day if that because of this. When I breath it feels like something is crushing my lungs and rib cage down and it hurts, my whole body is in pain all the time and I have a migraine everyday all day and no medication is helping for that. My heart goes into a moment when it starts racing really fast and that's when the breathing a dizziness gets the worst. And My hair is falling out, I know they say that happens after childbirth but I am loosing 4 to 5 handfuls a day from my hair loss. I just need to know what could possible be wrong with me. I have set up doctor appointments but they always call and reschedule them. Like I said earlier non of this was going on before I had my daughter and the c section. Please Help!!

Hi dear,
all the symptoms described by you goes in favour of anemia i.e low hemoglobin level- the fainting attacks, dyspnoe and weaknessetc. This may have resulted from excessive bleeding which you are suffering from. Kindly consult a gynae immediately and get a full checkup done. If you are not able to reach your doctoer, consult another one
