Had My Tubes Tied. Now Have A Light Period. After A Week Bleeding Heavily With Clots. Cramps. Miscarriage?

I had my tubes tied 8 yrs. ago , I have a light to regular period first wk of every MTh. a wk after my period I started heavily bleeding with lots of clots! im still bleeding its been about 2wks , now last night I started hurting kind of crampy but only on my left side. then tonight a gush of water came out & is still slowly coming out here & there . actually this MTh I really didt have much of a period. do you think im having some kind
of miscarriage ???

Chances of conception 8 years after tubectomy are very rare almost nill..Therefore it cannot be a miscarriage.Most probably you have develpoed menorrhagia that is abnormal and irregular uterine bleeding.Menorrhagia has many causes and hormonal imbalance is one of commonest cause.I would suggest you to consult a gynaecologist who may investigate you for causes of menorrhagia.You may need ultrsound pelvis to determine the cause of bleeding.
