Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. Streptococcus bacteria develops skin infection and causes blister formation in skin. If not treated properly they reoccurs . May be, 1 Pyoderma , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a dermatologist .Can be confirmed by swab examination of these blisters. 2 Eczematous dermatitis may be the another reason , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a dermatologist. 3 rash due to worms, diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination. In my opinion consult a dermatologist and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
