Had Natural Miscarriage, Feels Dizzy, Nauseous, Started Spotting

I had a miscarriage a week ago, naturally. I had a ultra sound taken and was told nothing was left. My hcg was at 50 and I am supposed to check hcg levels again in a week. I started having symptoms of naussa and dizziness on satarday. It comes and goes, but now I am having really bad headaches along with the naussa and dizziness. I mostly stopped bleeding, now just spotting.

Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
Please check your hcg as advised. If scan showed that uterus was empty and now you had no bleeding then there is no need to worry.
Please check your hemoglobin. If you have lost excess blood then it will make you dizzy.
Please write back with complete hemogram reports.
Thanks.
