Had Nostril Bleeding. Have Headache And Nostril Ache. Suggest
I was washing my hair in the bathroom sink. My left nostril started bleeding. It has stopped. I then pressed on the left hand side of my head and could feel the drip of blood coming down through my nostril. After that I now have a Left-sided headache (not very severe but it's there). My left nostril also is aching and there is discomfort

There are various causes for bleeding through nose. Conditions related to the nose, sinuses, trauma, bleeding disorders and many other conditions can cause bleeding through nose. Sometimes even spontaneous bleeding occurs for no obvious cause but settles down within one or two episodes. If you notice the bleeding to be persistent then you will have to be thoroughly examined by an ENT specialist.

Bleeding from nose is generally not serious...There is a capillary plexus (Little's area) which is the most common cause... However, get yourself examined by an Internist - have the blood pressure checked; he will also do basic neurologic examination including a look at the fundus to evaluate headache / have basic blood test like blood count...
If all are well, and if it recurs, you need ENT consultation...
You have not stated your personal habits, family history or co-morbidities, even age, gender...which could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome...
