Had Oral Sex. Taken Antibiotics For Pus Formation. HIV Symptom?

sir,
i had received oral sex wit a un known guy 2 yrs earlier .i had no difficulties so far. I got puss formations with pain three months earlier and my doctor gave antibiotics and it healed. but it repeated on anaother part of my bodey one month later and it healed ..now again it repated... sir , is it any symptom of hiv??? i am not a dibetic

Hello dear,

First of all, HIV cannot be diagnosed only with the basis of symptoms.

The symptoms like pus formation can be due to:
1. Immuno compromised status.
2. Persistence of underlying infection.
3. Inappropriate selection of antibiotics & incomplete duration of treatment.

So, kindly consult a Physician for proper clinical examination.
Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.

However, to relieve your concern regarding HIV, you can get HIV ELISA test done.
As the exposure was 2 yrs back, the antibodies if present will be easily detected.

Hello.The appearance of repeated infections in a short period of time can be a symptom of HIV,also you had a sexual relationship risk,but many differents pathologies may be the cause of your infections.
However,You must go to your doctor.He will examine you and will request blood test for detection antibodies hiv virus and to rule out that pathology.
