Had Oral Sex, Red Open Sores Around Vagina, White Discharge, Hurts. Yeast Infection?

Hi, recently I was given oral sex by my boyfriend with a cold sore . Symptoms didn t show up until a couple days later. The pain is tolerable at times but I have red open sores all around my vagina and occasionally hurts when I pee. And there s odorless white discharge. Could this be just a yeast infection since there is not white heads with the sores

If your boyfriend had a cold sore, it was extremely incautious of you to have unprotected oral sex.
you definitely run the risk of contracting herpes.
it is not necessary to have whiteheads in order to confirm herpes.
Please consult a gynecologist at the earliest.
Your infection does not sound like a yeast infection.
Yeast would not cause red open sores all of a sudden.
The severe pain and the sores indicate a herpetic infection.
Please consult your doctor for confirmation and kindly indulge in safe sexual practice in the future.
