Had Osteomyelitis On Thigh, Weak Immune System, Soreness, Discomfort. Taken Antibiotics. What Is The Reason?

A few months back I had osteomyelitis on my left thigh and has it treated with surgery and antibiotics. As a result my immune system was weak and my right testicle swelled up and was quite sensitive and sore to touch. It was about the size of a lime. I went to my local doctor and he treated it with antibiotics and it went away. Over the last month it has come back and I've noticed that it only swells up after a couple of beers and stays the swollen for a day or so then goes back to normal. This happens any time I have a few beers. It's quite uncomfortable. Any advice on what to do?

Two possibilities are here ,
1 May be sensitive to beer,
2 May be sub acute infection
3 Recurrent epididmo-orchitis is one more reason.
So please get in blood for V D R L, C B C, ESR .
Since , what was the reason of osteomylitis , please mention.
Consult a physician and get treatment .
