Had Partially Protected Intercourse. Abdominal Pain, Spotting, Lumpy Discharge. Negative Pregnancy Test. Reason?

My last period was May 27th 2013 and I had intercourse June 10th. My partner pulled out and ejaculated on me but immediately put back in. A week later I had lower abdominal pain and spotting. I assumed my period was coming on but it stopped. I later used a douche product and lumpy discharge was present. I took a home pregnancy test today but it was negative. I am 44 years old could this be signs of menopause or a possible pregnancy?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Get investigated for serum-Beta HCG & Serum FSH.
IF serum Beta HCG test is negative that is a confirmatory test to rule out pregnancy means you are not pregnant.
Serum FSH is done to diagnose menopause if it is more than 40 means you have entered in menopausal phase.
I hope your query has been answered.
Take care
