OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Sometimes during repair of anterior and posterior vaginal walls, the lumen can become little bit narrow.
I mild cases using lubricants during intercourse can help.
And possibly with progress of time, the lumen can become normal.
In case of excessive narrowing of the lumen, gradual dilatation with artificial dilators may need.
So, consult your gynecologist once and get examined.
If during examination two lubricated fingers can be passed through vagina, that can be considered as normal.
If not, depending on the extent of narrowing further management should be planned.
Take care.
