.Take: bland diet,rice with plain dal,boiled vegetables,sweet biscuits,sweet fruits,plain idli.
.avoid sour fruits like citrus fruits,imli,grapes,instead take sweet/dry fruits.

.do not keep the stomach empty,also don’t take heavy meals.
