Had Pimple, Applied Boroplus. Have Dry Black Patch With Scars. Suggestion?
I had a pimple 1 month ago and i applied boroplus on it. Then although it disappeared, but the scar remained and i panicked and used moisturisers and other creams to rectify the problem. Also, i peeled off some skin to remove it but now my skin is very dry and also there is a dry black patch near that spot on my cheek. please help me out.
Don't worry, you would be fine.

What you have developed is a postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Do not panic.
Meet a dermatologist near you.
You can apply any cream containing glycolic acid, kojic acid, hydroquinone, tretinoin at night on the spot at night. Apply very little amount only. Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen during daytime.
Apply a good moisturiser like cetaphil for dryness.
Take care.
