Had Pneumonia. Complete Clearing Of The Haziness In The Bilateral Lower Lobes. Explain
Last month I had pneumonia and spent 3 days in hospital as a result. After treatment, the results read: complete clearing of the haziness in the bilateral lower lobes. Slight clearing of the reticulohazed densities in the right middle lobe and inferior lingula. Slight clearing of teh small ovoid densities at the right upper lobe. Pulmonary hyperaeration is still noted. Hear and great vessels are normal in size. Is this something I need to be worried about?

You need not be worried.
Its important to know that you have been cured of the ailment you were suffering from. Symptoms should have subsided and you must be feeling better. It is also important to know that you been cured radiologically and your reports mention that. Get back to your regular routine.

Your Xray after treatment seems to have shown clearing of pneumonia in the lower zones of both lungs.
It mentions slight clearing ( meaning remainder of most) of pneumonia shadows in the right lung middle lobe and left lung middle zone and oval shadows in the upper lobes.
It is resolving picture and complete clearing on Xray may take variable long time of few weeks.
The heart is normal and no other complication is mentioned in it.
May recheck if no symptoms recur after 3-4 weeks to see if clearing has progressed.
Do not neglect if your symptoms are not going away. Consult your doctor.

You should be happy about it. Pneumonia leads to whitening of the lung shadows which are clearing showing improvement of your condition
