Had Pregnancy Symptoms Sore Breasts, Back Ache, Cramps And White Discharge, Had Periods. On Levothyroxine For Hypothyroid

I had pregnancy symptoms for past 10 days like, sore breasts, bumps around aerola, slight back ache, cramps, increased apetites and urination.For past 4 days i had period like cramps and white/colorless discharge along with the cramps. I got my period yesterday which is 3 days early and looks like a regular flow, but is painful than usual.I have never had the above mentioned symptoms anytime as PMS including the discharge. I have a regular 28 day cycle, and the first day of my last period was Aug -26, I had unprotected sex on Sep 9th. I am on Levothyroxine 100mcg as I was diagnosed with hypothyroid.

Above symptoms are more suggestive of PMS and you get period for 3 days. You did unprotected sex close to ovulation day. For clear confusion, you may undergo one home pregnancy test.
