Had Protected Sex, Have Groin Pain And Flu-like Symptoms. Is Infection Possible?

Hi there i recently went on holiday and had protected sex with a girl, but straight after i have been ill for the past 3 weeks, with flu like symtoms and a pain in my groin . It was fully protected sex and the condom did not break however i feel i may of caught some infection, is this possible? I think this infection may have been passed on also.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Your flu like symptoms may be transmit by close contact of a person via air not by sexual contact.
usually sexual infection has local symptoms like discharge from pelvic parts itching etc.
Pelvic infection may not transfer to generalised infection of body unless a severe type or in septicemic condition.
Thanks.
