Had Sex. Condom Slipped Away. Have Doubts Of Sperm Penetration. Can It Cause Pregnancy?

Hi i have been having sex with my girlfriend this morning so during sex we only spend 3 minutes doing sex.I had a weak erection since it was little bit cold and to my suprise i later found out condom slips away when i wanted to take my penis away from her virgina.My question is did i produce sperm that can make make her pregnant?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have near unprotected sex with your girl friend.
Since you are not sure about the ejaculation ,in all probabilities possibility of deposition of your semen in her vagina can not be ruled out and so the possibility of she getting pregnat can not be ruled out.
Please wait for her next period to come if she fals to get her period as per expected date ,get her urine test for pregnancy done to be rest assured .and to allay your anxiety.

If it turns out to be positive consult qualified Gynaecologist for further treatment.
