Hello and welcome to HCM,
In order to rule out pregnancy, you need to take pregnancy test.
If positive mifepristone or progesterone pill can be taken under observation of a gynaecologist.
These drugs can cause severe bleeding so they should be taken under supervision of a doctor.
The morning after pill is effective within a period of 72 hours of unprotected sex.

Thanks an take care

Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Giving MT Pill (Mifepristone) is a little too precipitated given that you do not even know if she is pregnant or not. At times, after sexual intercourse (especially in young or teenage couples), the young couple may feel guilt or fear of pregnancy might induce a lot of stress, hence hormonal imbalance which can lead to missed period. A case like yours is typical of most young couples and it is usually caused by stress. If you did not ejaculate inside her (even though the chances are still possible), then it is most likely that she is not pregnant. As for the pill suggestion, I will say you do not take until you are guided by a doctor. It can often come with persistent bleeding (if indeed pregnancy is there) due to retained products or incomplete abortioin.
I suggest you take that pill only with doctor's advise and after a positive pregnancy test has been conducted.

Hope this helps
