Had Sex After Periods, Got A Day Of Bleeding. Delayed Next Periods. Any Possibility Of Pregnancy ?

I have a 3 month old daughter. I had sex the day after my last period ended we used condoms and he didn't finish. 2 weeks after that period i had 1 day of bleeding. Now I am a week late for my next period. I took a pregnancy test yesterday which is 1 month after I had sex and 3 weeks after my ovulation day. The test came back negative. Is there still a possibility that i am pregnant or could it be my hormones and body still trying to get back to normal an is causing me to have irregular periods. I had 2 periods since i gave birth and both her within 30 days of each other and lasted 7 days.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
It is physiological for lactating mother to get irregular period because most of the cycles are anovulatory for 6 weeks if you are partly feeding & for 12 weeks if you are exclusively feeding your baby.
Your chance of getting pregnant is negligible as you had sex in safe period with barrier contraception & your pregnancy test is negative.
You will get your period within one week.
Take care
