as you had sex with 2 condoms on is fine . but since you had blow job without condom, there is chance that you will get STD. however the symptoms you got are not due to STD. even if you get HIV, there will not be symptoms now. if you really anxious then you can get viral load assay, or p24 assay. or else wait for 3 month get HIV tested at ICTC center or private lab.
