Had Surgery For Internal Piles. Itching Persisting With Watery Discharge. Need Further Treatment?
I am 45 year old. I was operated for internal piles 8 years ago. Now, for last 4 days itching happens around the anus. Also, I observe some water discharnge some times. There is stress on the anus while sitting and little bit of swelling around the anus. Please advise what could be the reason and what treatment I should take>

From history it seems that you might be having Fistula-in-ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid constipation.
After proper diagnosis your surgeon will plan out line of treatment.
